Service availability is contingent on numerous factors, and we may alter or cease offerings at our discretion.

3. Booking and Reservations

3.1 Booking Process

For a charter reservation, you are required to:

  • Be a minimum of 18 years old
  • Supply accurate and complete details
  • Make the mandatory deposit as stipulated in the booking communication
  • Accept these Terms & Conditions

3.2 Confirmation

A charter reservation is regarded as confirmed only after we have received your payment and issued a written acknowledgment. We reserve the discretion to deny service to anyone.

3.3 Availability

Charter offerings are dependent on the accessibility of vessels and favorable weather conditions. We will make an effort to accommodate your desired schedule.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

All listed prices are in € and include taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without notification.

4.2 Payment Schedule

  • Deposit: 50% of the full charter fee is required at the time of booking
  • Remaining balance: Payable 48 hours in advance of the charter departure
  • Any additional charges: Payable after the charter is complete

4.3 Payment Methods

We accept most major credit cards, wire transfers, and certified checks. Secure, encrypted processes handle all payment proceedings.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Customer Cancellations

  • Over 72 hours prior to departure: Entire refund minus processing fees
  • Between 24 and 72 hours before departure: 50% refund
  • Less than 24 hours to departure: No refund provided

5.2 Weather Cancellations

Should the captain determine weather conditions as unsafe, we will offer to:

  • Move your charter to an alternative date at no additional charge
  • Refund the amount fully if rescheduling is not feasible

5.3 Mechanical Issues

If your designated yacht encounters mechanical issues, we will attempt to provide a comparable alternative. If this is not possible, a complete refund will be given.

6. Safety and Conduct

6.1 Safety Requirements

All passengers must:

  • Comply with all instructions from the crew
  • Utilize safety equipment when necessitated
  • Declare any medical conditions impacting their well-being
  • Stay within specified areas on the vessel

6.2 Prohibited Items

The following items are prohibited on board:

  • Glass receptacles
  • Illegal substances
  • Firearms or weapons
  • Alcohol exceeding modest consumption limits
  • Pets (without prior approval)

6.3 Conduct

Passengers are expected to behave respectfully. We reserve the right to cease a charter without refund if behavior threatens safety or disrupts the experience for other guests.

7. Liability and Insurance

7.1 Our Liability

We limit our responsibility to the payment amount of your charter. Our company is not accountable for:

  • Injuries due to passenger negligence
  • Losses or damage to personal belongings
  • Indirect, subsidiary, or punitive damages
  • Delays due to weather or other factors outside our control

7.2 Insurance Coverage

Appropriate marine insurance is maintained by our company for our fleet and operations. Travel and personal insurance is the responsibility of passengers.

7.3 Assumption of Risk

By participating in our yacht services, you recognize the inherent risks of maritime activities and accept responsibility for your own safety and well-being.

8. Modifications and Itinerary Changes

We may alter itineraries, paths, or schedules for reasons including but not limited to weather, safety, or operational needs. We shall aim to offer similar experience alternatives, when possible.

9. Force Majeure

We are not accountable for interruptions, cancellations, or alterations caused by circumstances outside our control, such as but not limited to:

  • Extreme weather events
  • Natural catastrophes
  • Government ordinances
  • Port closures
  • Machine malfunctions

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal data is managed following our Privacy Policy. By utilizing our services, you assign consent to gather and use your information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

11. Intellectual Property
