When should I make a reservation?
To ensure availability, we advise scheduling a charter 2 to 3 weeks beforehand, with the recommendation extending to 4 to 6 weeks for peak season (May through September) and for special events or corporate outings to allow for personalization.
What if the weather is unfavorable?
Your safety is our primary concern. In situations where the captain identifies potential danger due to weather, we'll propose an alternate date or issue a complete refund. We keep an eye on meteorological conditions and will inform you a day ahead if any issues arise.
Is it possible to bring my own refreshments?
Certainly, guests are allowed to provide their own food and non-alcoholic drinks. Despite this, we offer exceptional catering services tailored to your tastes. Be mindful that for safety, glass vessels are forbidden on the yacht.
Do your yachts cater to guests with mobility restrictions?
Our goal is to be inclusive to all our guests. Depending on the vessel, accessibility can vary; reach out to us with details about any specific requirements you may have, and we will suggest the most appropriate yacht along with the provisions needed.
What are the terms of your cancellation policy?
Cancellations done 72 hours prior are completely refunded. Those made between 24 to 72 hours before the scheduled time are eligible for a 50% refund. Should you cancel within 24 hours of departure, the amount is non-refundable, with exceptions made for extenuating circumstances such as unfavorable weather or mechanical issues on our end.
